keyboaard and mouse

I have an IMAC for 2 years, 10.6 OS-suddenly keyboard flashing green nnt working nor is mouse. Changed batteries -still can not seemingly pair to IMAC
Apprciate any thoughts

What is the status of your blue tooth radio? Is it working? Do you see the BT icon showing in the top menu bar? You can also check blue tooth status by opening the "System Information.app" from Applications, Utilities.

blue tooth non pairing keyboard

Tx so much for the sugggestions-but second time I shut down and rebooted all is working now.Worrisone-since don't know the cause so I guess I'll hope for the best.
