Mac mail forwarding problem

Some time ago I set my mac mail to forward to my work email, I cant figure out how to stop it. I have no rules listed, however I did use a rule to initiate it in the first place

Who is your mail provider? Forwarding is done through them, not the Mail program on your Mac. You need to log on to your mail provider account using web access and turn off mail forwarding from there.
