I cannot send out mail from my apple mail
I use to be able to and now it says "offline" Don't know if my settings somehow got changed.
I tried using 993, 587 but non work

Perhaps something has changed with the vendor's servers or they're experiencing an outage right now. If you've confirmed that your settings are correct according to the documentation, then you may want to contact that vendor.

But seriously, assuming you don't want to use a better service, and also assuming that you're paying for an AOL account, you should at least try to get your money's worth by contacting their support.
