Spying on my Mac?

Due to recent bad experiences I have a felling that some one is spying my emails, etc in my MacBook Pro …

Can some one help me …

Make sure you change the password in Mail Preferences > Accounts. Suggest something strong with both numeral and alphabet digits. Also change to this with your ISP.
