solar power for iPhone

I frequently find myself in situations where I am out-of-juice. I've seen many inexpensive solar chargers on amazon that can't charge very quickly or require a supplemental battery. Are there any decent quality solar chargers that is light enough to carry in a purse, doesn't require a supplemental battery, and can charge within a decent period of time?

I'd be very surprised to see a genuine or inexpensive solar charger that could charge an iPhone in a reasonable time. Every charger I've seen for the iPhone says (in very fine print) that it will take a minimum of 10 hours of direct sunlight to recharge the battery.
