Regarding problem with apple ID

I purchased a mac Nd iphone while i was in UK and created an apple ID using my bank account in there but as i left UK,closed that account and am facing difficulties to install even free apps on my mac as well as iphone.....:[ and the cureent country is not supported for payments ...
Could u plz suggest me some possible alternatives????
