Extracting Audio From A DVD

I have a couple of dvd's and I need to extract the audio so I can put the audio on cd's. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

What I use here is BBDemux. It separates the Video and Audio. I did what you want to do with a Concert DVD and got the audio then converted that in iTunes to AAC.
