Deleting a Toolbar (and other things)

I downloaded a stupid google toolbar and cannot figure out how to get rid of it.

This is what I downloaded, and have no idea how to get rid of it.

As well when I delete programs is there somewhere I can go to uninstall it or is it just a matter of moving it the trash?

I think that's more of a plug-in... Please click here

There's a procedure on how to check if it's really a plug-in and how to remove it.

When in Safari, go to Preferences, then Extensions. You will see the Google Toolbar there. You can disable or uninstall from there.
