Your post is lacking in details, but I'm going to guess that you triggered the Zoom feature, found in System Preferences > Universal Access. If so, the default key combo to zoom back out is OPTION-COMMAND-minus key.

Thank you. You are correct. I called Apple Support & he walked me through it although I don't know how I accidentally turned Zoom on.
