When is a Mac forum not a Mac Forum . . . ?

Howzit,
I am a newbie to this forum. I have been a member of dealmac since the days of black and white messages in Netscape. I have also been a longtime member of MRF /MacResource.

Here is the crux of my simple post. I have suggested MRF has been losing the objective of a Mac forum for a long time directly to the owner. I appreciate honest Mac insights and help.

I think MRF has lost it's way and it is part of why I have joined this forum.

I have included a link and I caution you to not open this link if you are offended by classless deprecating discourse.

Mostly I would urge you to avoid this site where little self respect or respect for members is demonstrated

Where moderators. Lafinfil, rgG, Racer- X, Paul F do not have the backbone to remove classless and offensive posts. In fact they contribute to them. Case in point [LINK REMOVED].

There may be a place and time for everything but in my narrow minded opinion MRF is masquerading as a Mac forum with people masquerading as moderators

I wish I could apologize for this rant but that would seem to be hypocritical.

Thanks ~!~

Thank you very much for your reassuring reply. I am a little embarrassed that I have not looked more thoroughly or deeper for another Mac forum.

I primarily use an iMac 21" 2009 vintage and have one of the nicest
back ups in the league *:)>*

Hardware Overview:

Model Name: iMac
Model Identifier: iMac10,1
Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo
Processor Speed: 3.06 GHz
Number Of Processors: 1

Memory: 12 GB
Bus Speed: 1.07 GHz
Boot ROM Version: IM101.00CC.B00
SMC Version (system): 1.52f9

My back up ~~> 2011 MacBook Pro 2.3 GHz/16GB/750 Hi def antiglare screen.

Thank you very much for letting me in the door *:)>*
