Is the Power Mac's built-in soundcard any good?

I'm getting Guitar Rig soon. I've read in some reviews that it requires a fast, low-latency sound card to be useful.

Is the built-in sound card in a Power Mac G5 (rev. A) good enough?... if not what would be a good sound card to get.

I'm not bothered about 5.1... just good sonic quality and low-latency. Cheep would be good too.

The built-in sound for a PM G5 should be fine. I'd try using it with Guitar Rig first, then if you hear anything wrong, look into something else.
