Text with Pages

Hello,

I am working with a pages document and I was wondering how to link selected text boxes and have them all show the same word. For instance, If I change one of the selected boxes, it will change all of them. I have three boxes that I want to show the same text.

I am working with a flyer that I need to modify for several recipients it will be sent to, but it is too time consuming to manually change all the boxes.

Is there a way to do this in Pages or can anyone direct me to a how to video to help me? I already looked on Apple's support page to see the merge mail contacts, but this won't help as I do not have this contacts in my address book/mail contacts.

I have a feeling someone has already done a how to on this, but I can't seem to find the magic words to find it.
