July 9 virus?

I'm looking for a place to ask a question about this.

Someone emailed me, said there was going to be a big virus on the 9th of July and asked what I planned to do about it to protect my computer. (MacBookPro). Anybody heard of this virus?

Ahh the so-called DoomsDay virus. Don't worry about it just use good browsing habits.
