Program needed to burn to DVD?

Hello all,

I'm curious if I need any special software to burn a file to a playable DVD? Before I had Toast Titanium and used it, but since I got my new mac I haven't had the need to burn anything to DVD. But I'm wanting to take a file and put it on a DVD that will play on a DVD player. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Your copy of Toast Titanium should be able to do that. If for some reason you no longer have the program, download the free "Burn" from here.

I don't have it anymore. I'm going to try that burn you recommended. I'll let ya know how it works out. Thanks for the point in the right direction

Disk Utility can do this as well, but it's more complicated than using Burn so I second chscag's suggestion.
