.xps files printable on Macbook Pro?

Hi. Unfortunately I am running a remote desktop connection in my Mac which is apparently connected to a Windows Server 2008 Enterprise ?. Anyway, I'm trying to print a report, which my co-worker on a PC laptop can easily do, which when I click Print it comes up as trying to SAVE the file as a .xps document, or looking for a microsoft .xps printer. Is there a fix for this? Would Flip for Mac do it or am I looking at major headaches in the future? Thanks in advance.
