Hi.
I have a friend whose moving to Burundi. She's just been given an iMac and an iPhone and is working out the details of setting up internet access in her home. Here's the issue.
The easiest way to get internet access in Burundi is to pay a monthly fee for a USB mifi modem. That said she would also like to get wifi in the house. Can anyone tell me if:
a) its possible to purchase a wifi router with a USB port that can use a USB mifi as it's primary source of internet signal?
b) its possible to send the internet signal from the USB mifi through the iMac's ethernet port into a wifi router as its primary source of internet?
Normally to get internet on multiple computers the internet companies in Africa force you to purchase multiple USB mifi modems; she'd like to avoid that if possible.
Thanks!
