Lost Bluetooth signal

27" i7 iMac. Intel Quad Core. 16 GB Ram.
Go into System Preferences and select Bluetooth, make sure it is switched on.

You will have to borrow a USB mouse or pen tablet. Unless someone comes along with a better suggestion I can't see or know of any other way to do it.

Any wired USB Mouse should do it I beleive.

I lost signal to my keyboard and mouse on my iMac how do I fix it?

You could try dropping the batteries out of both devices, reinstalling them and then turning them back on again.
