Just got a Seagate Expansion 500 GB usb 3.0 drive and realized, before I open the box, that it's possible it wont' be compatible with my early 2007 MacBook Pro... Anyone know whether this MBP had USB 2.0? I'm concerned that if my USB is 1.0, then the 3.0 won't work. I'm not interested in having an expensive paperweight and I don't think the store will take it back if it's opened. .. . Any insight you can offer would be very helpful. Thanks!
