Trouble with MAC MAIL

Two different homes. Two different providers.
My PC "Outlook" works fine in both lovations.
My wife's MAC using mail works fine in one location.
The other location she can't seem to send email larger than about 1.3 KB.
Help

What Protocol are both emails using for Outgoing mail? SMTP or IMAP?

Both are using SMTP. Using Apple diagnostics it confirms SMTP is operating correctly but still won't let a mail file larger than 1.3 KB to be sent. I should add that this particular problem surfaced 2 weeks ago after operating correctly for almost 2 years.

What does your ISP have to say about it? It's not an Apple Mail problem if it works fine in one location and not the other assuming as you say, two different ISPs.
