I installed Office Student and Teacher Edition on my PowerBook G4, and I thought everything went fine. However, when opening Word, Excel, and PowerPoint I receive the following error message: "An unexpected error occurred while trying to load the Microsoft Framework library." The programs will open and I can seem to use them...it just gets annoying this error pops up everytime.
When I try loading Entourage I get this message: "This identity cannot be opened with this version of Entourage." Then it does not even open the program.
I have un-installed and installed it back again..and I get the same problem. I've used the double click install method, and simply dragging the file to my HD. Nothing works. Any suggestions?
