one of My mac-addicts had a good article on itunes and the alternatives. All of them are around .99 a song or 9.99 an album.
It was a good comparison. but in then end I think itunes still had the largest selection

I have used Beatport and DJdownloads on a few occaisions. Both sites are mostly electronic music, but they stock stuff from lables that I would be hard pressed to find here in the states. I don't think I'll be buying from iTunes until they offer at LEAST 160 kbps bit rates...
