how to combine two mac accounts with time machine

Hi, I installed a Time Machine backup from my old iMac with Snow Leopard to my new iMac with Lion. Now I have to go between them to use each one. How do I combine or uninstall the old and just install what I need to the new?

You probably should start over. If you use a Time Machine backup to move data from a previous Mac to a new one, you really need to do it before creating an account on the new one. When you first turn on the new Mac, it will ask if you have data to move from another Mac. That's when you should have responded yes, attached the Time Machine drive, and the data would have been moved without creating two accounts.
