You have a VERY old machine, likely running a VERY old version of OS X. Telling us what version would really help, but the point is that you have to download the specific version for your operating system.
Even then, you are like to find anything but low-res video files a challenge. Again, that's a really old machine you have there (in computer terms) and video resolutions (and thus processing requirements) have advanced quite considerably.
