I have an old IMac 600 that seems to have a loose connection at the power cord plug in on the back of the computer. I need to know how to open the case to check the internal solder joints, etc. Can anyone give me some tips about opening up the case?
Thanks for any help you can give me.

Is that the old round base iMac that looks like a Robot with the movable LCD on top?

Go to:

iFixit: The free repair manual

They should have a disassembly procedure.
