Font on my iMac is weird!!!

Hey! I really need some help!
My iMac has a problem in the fact that the text font isn't in normal text. It looks like A's instead of the actual alphabet

try see this. Did you install a third party app that has something to do with fonts? Maybe some conflicts in it.
