Depending on how that service streams video, it might be a Flash or Java issue. How does JMeeting create camera conversation? Do you know what type of plugin it uses?

If the iMac is a year old, are you on Lion or Snow Leopard? Either way, you should check Software Update to make sure you're up-to-date on Java.
