I want to get some Cassette tapes and get them on my MAC mabe burn them on cd. The quality isn't really that important to me. I just want to know how i could accomplish this. I would really apreciate your help.
Assuming your mac has a CD burner all you need is a cassette player and two products from Griffin; the USB sound adapter iMic and the free software Final Vinyl. I've done about 300 LPs and cassettes this way. Final Vinyl has a rather basic editing set but it does produce useable recordings (www.griffintechnology.com). The website also has a good tutorial.
