Download the Windows Migration Assistant for OS X from Apple: LINK Make sure you read the directions given by Apple. That will move all your bookmarks, documents, and other movable data from Windows to OS X. You must be running Lion which I assume you are.

What browser and email client are you using? I ask because, although the migration tool linked to by chscag should be sufficient for most things, it doesn't migrate Chrome or Opera bookmarks or email/contacts/calendars from non-Microsoft products (such as Thunderbird).

If you use one of the applications not covered by the migration assistant, let us know and we'll help you move the content over.
