New iPad problems

Just got the new iPad won't open app store or other apps this is confusing? Cuz I have an iPhone 4 and this doesn't ever happen

Thanks for mentioning that you have an iPhone 4, that saves us from asking you if you're familiar with the store, have an account, are familiar with iOS and so forth.

So you bought a new 2012 iPad -- did you go through the setup? Was it new in box or did you buy it used from someone? Can you clarify which apps aren't opening?

Also, did you get the Wifi only or 3G version? If Wifi only you have to connect to a network to access the APP Store.
