Looking for download manager/scheduler.

I am looking for a way to schedule the routine Mac software updates so that they fall within the parameters of my ISP fair access policy (unlimited downloads from 2 am to 7 am only).

Wow.

I would start by finding a different ISP. But in the meantime, simply run Software Update manually between 2am and 7am. I'm sure there would be an Automator action that could do this for you but that's far above my abilities.
