photoshop elements 9 and time stamp changes

With elements 9 if you bring a photo into the organizer it backs up the time by 1 hour. Each time you take an image to the editor it backs it up another hour. Adobe created a patch to solve this problem but it only worked on PC's. Anyone know of a solution? Do people with PSE 10 have the problem? Thanks
