Drive Size for iMac 20"

Hello everyone!! I'm wondering if anyone knows the drive size for the iMac 20". I'm thinking of getting a used iMac 20" on eBay and upgrading the hard-drive. Does anyone know if it is a 3.5" or a 2.5" drive size? If so, thanks!! :D

Your Mac's Specs
27" i7 iMac. Intel Quad Core. 16 GB Ram.
Going back a couple of years when I ordered my i20 from apple, I think the standard drive was 500 MB but I upgraded it to 1 TB. It's also a Serial-ATA 3.5 if memory serves me right. HTH
