Can Iphone 4 connect to Macbook G4

Hi I have a Macbook G4 still going strong and just bought an Iphone. Is it possible to view my files on the Iphone on the screen of the Macbook?

We need to know three things, for starters.

1. What version of OS X do you have on your Macbook?
2. What version of iOS do you have on your iPhone?
3. What exactly do you mean by "Files"...music, pictures, documents, etc?

Your Mac's Specs
15in i7 MacBook Pro, 8GB RAM, 120GB SSD, 500GB HD
If you have a G4, then you don't have a MacBook, if you have a MacBook then you don't have a G4.

If you have an iBook or PowerBook G4 then you may be out of luck as it can't run the latest version of iTunes that the iPhone will require.

Main-11" Air, iPhone 6+, iPad Mini 3, Hi-Fi Extras- Too many to count
You probably have an iBook or PowerBook g4 but if you have an iPhone 4 I think you need an intel Mac with leopard.
