Shut Down/Power Off Icon...

Your Mac's Specs
MacBook Pro.
I've looked around and can't fine a way to have a 'Shut Down/Power Off' icon on the Dock. I can do this with my Linux distro. Is it possible on my Lion MacBookPro?

Thanks.

P.S. I'll even settle for a keyboard short cut.

Mac OSX 10.7.3: MBP 15" Early 2011 2.0GHz i7, 8GB, 500GB 5400RPM
Control-Eject will show the shutdown dialogue
Control-Option-Command-Eject will quit all applications and then shut down the computer.

There is a great list of shortcuts from Apple support at Mac OS X keyboard shortcuts.
