Training Safari to visit UK sites as default

Hi

How can I teach my Safari to visit Apple/eBay/Amazon etc in the UK rather than the US when I hit the shortcuts at the top of the screen?

Mac Mini i5 (2014 High Sierra), iPhone X, Apple Watch, iPad Pro 12.9, AppleTV (4)
Those shortcuts are just bookmarks/favourites etc.

Delete them (right-click - delete). Then visit Amazon.co.uk and add the page as a bookmark to your Bookmarks Bar. Repeat for all those required.
