New Mac owner

Trying to convert AVI files to DVD VideoTS files? How can I do this?

I have a MacBook with no DVD burner so I was hoping to convert to VideoTS then burn to disk on roommates PC. Any help?

I'm surprised a Google search wouldn't turn this up pretty quickly, but I would use MPEG-Streamclip (free) for this.

So I may be new at this but the only options MPEG Streamer has to export to are these:

3G
AIFF
FLC
iPOD
APPLE TV
iPHONE
QUICKTIME MOVIE
AU
AVI
WAVE
DV STREAM
IMAGE SEQUENCE
IPHONE CELLULAR
MPEG4

I need VIDEOTS AND AUDIOTS Folders. Are any of these them?

Nope, you're right and I was wrong. MPEG-Streamclip isn't the tool for this.

You can get VisualHub for Lion, that can do it for sure (I know because I use it all the time). I didn't suggest it originally because it's long discontinued, and I forgot that others can still get the updated Lion version.

First, get VisualHub: Download VisualHub 1.34a FOR FREE to mac.

Don't try to run it.

Then get the VisualHub update for Lion: Techspansion - Lion Updaters now available for VisualHub and Audialhub!

Run that first.
