I never thought I would have me a Mac.....but I did it. Ordered the 11" MacBook Air and instantly fell in love:*. I did trade up to the 13". I went to the Apple Store to do the return and was amazed by the ease of the return!

Welcome to Mac-Forums and congratulations on your purchase..

Now, upgrading from the 11" to 13" MBA required you to put up some cash, so Apple was getting more money..and they're happy with those kinds of returns..:)

But still Apple is (especially the stores) known to have exceptional customer service..
