Is there an option to remove the battery from P7 VM so that I don't get the batttery warnings when I have my Virtual Machine open with low battery (and I just get the OSX warning)

Thanks.

The low battery warning is issued by the system not Parallels 7. Parallels is just another application running in OS X; the fact that it creates a virtual machine has nothing to do with controlling the system functions. So no, you can not turn off the low battery warning when in Parallels.

In Windows 7, go to the system tray > Customize > Power > Hide icon and notifications. That should suppress power related notifications.

In virtual box you can control whether the virtual machine has a battery or not. That is what I was on about.

No battery = no warnings.

It doesn't appear that you can disable the battery. While VBox can emulate hardware, I don't think you can disable hardware.
