Fizer with a blue screened computer monitor has appeared in my finder list. What is it as I have never seen it before . Can I delete it?

The blue screened computer is the icon given to computers that share resources over SMB including Windows, OS X and Linux machines (SMB is the primary method of sharing files in Windows so it's probably a Windows machine). As mrplow asked, do you have any shared folders on your local network?
