Right now(and probubly for the next 6 months) just playing around with the developers tools. But, I was wondering when/if I ever make an app worth putting in the app store do I need to pay the $99? or do I have everything I need to make and to submitt my creations to apple?
Just downloaded Xcode from the app store and now i have some questions lol

If you're making iOS apps, you'll need to pay the $99 to put your app on the App Store. If you're making Mac apps and don't want to distribute your app through the App Store, you've got everything you need.
