I want to use my internal HD from my Mac as an external HD for my PC

I have an old Macbook that I pulled the HD out of and was using it as an external HD and it was working fine and I was able to get items that I needed off of it onto my PC at work. I recently got a new desktop and the HD is recognized but it says there is nothing on it... My question is . How do I copy the Programs and Pictures and Music and files and well basically everything from my old mac INTERNAL HD to my PC hd?

Assuming your MacBook HD is still formatted to HFS you will need a driver program for your PC to allow it to Read/Write to Mac format.

Some of the forum regulars have a particular APP they reccommend, don't remember off the bat what it is, but I will have a look and if I find it will post back here.
