Can't Save .mp3 file in Safari - Says Something about .webarchive?

I'm trying to download this via the activity box. I double click it, it opens up a new page, I go to save and I get an error that says I cannot save the file w/ an .mp3 extension, that it must be saved using .webarchive?
Help!

If I were on a web page that had MP3s, I would right-click on the URLs and choose "Download Linked File as ..."

I can't do that in this situation.

<option> <click> would normally get a direct download.

I hope this is a legal download, though.
