iTunes from PC to Mac

Just purchased a Macbook Pro and I can't figure out how to sync my music library. My full library is still on my PC. Every time I try to sync my music to my iTunes library on my new Mac I get a message that all music will be deleted from my iPhone. Help

Even if you transfer all of your music over from the PC, you are going to get that message the first time you sync music from the new computer, because the machine is different even if the library is identical. That being said, the message is misleading to a certain degree. What's actually happening is that the copies already on the device are being replaced with copies from the new machine.
