How to create hidden admin account?

What i would like for my overall goal is to have a hidden admin account that is not seen in the system prefrences---->accounts window or the login/fast switching window. Additionally I would not want it to show up as the other option in the log in window. I have Snow Leopard (10.6.8) and have a macbook is that is any help. Thanks!

To the best of my knowledge, this is not possible. If it were, it would be a security nightmare that would render OS X actively dangerous to use.

I have to also say that making this your very first post here does not paint you in a positive light.
