I use Graphic Converter X v4.9 and I'm having a problem. I have tried researching via google but can not find the cause.
I am transferring my photo's from a 350D to iphoto (jpeg format). I then export them to a dedicated folder and then open them up in Graphic converter to make small adjustments or alter sizing etc.
My problem is as soon as I save, and I have tried all save options, it strips the exif data. When I upload them to a site like smugmug the exif data is gone.
It clearly has an option when saving to embed the exif and i have made sure this is selected but still the exif goes. It has to be GC as if I upload direct from iphoto the exif is present and correct.
Any suggestions?
