It should be in your Applications folder. If it is drag the app to the desktop or toolbar and the Alias will be made. To redo the icon, right click on the app file and you should see a folder called contents and then look for the folder named Resources. In there, there will be a number of icons and look for the itunes icon. If you don't like those you should be able to find some on the net and put it in that folder and then on itunes app again click get info. I think you should be able to specify the file to use as icon (don't use any of the others that are for other things in itunes as I don't know if it would mess it up). If you inadvertently uninstalled it you should be either be able to use Time Machine to get it back, or reinstall using your ilife dvd...

Hope that helps

Is it just the alias from the dock that is lost or is the application itself missing or unopenable? If so have you upgraded or updated your operating system. If so from what to what? What operating system are you using now? Have you got the new native iPhoto application called Photos?
We really need more info to assist.
