Something Similar To Picasa?

I'm after a photo upload service that can be set as private, so only I can see the pictures. And im also after software I can organise it in, I can't use aperture or Picasa because they need intel systems and unfortunately I am running a PPC still.

If I can't find anything I will just use Dropbox as I like how it updates as you edit and add files.

But I really need a good photo organising software either way.
