setting my default photo viewer/editor

Happy New Year all,

How can I set my Mac Mini running Lion to use Photoshop as my default photo viewer and editor. I got iPhoto to default to PS but if I try to open photos from some other app, e.g. email, it defaults to PhotoViewer.

Right click a photo > Get Info > Open With > change to Photoshop > Change All...

That will change it for that filetype only (jpg, png, etc.). You'll need to do it for each type yourself.
