Multitrack to Garageband

Hi all
I want to use a multi tracker (Boss BR800) for home recording, and then run that into Garageband for mastering/mixing etc. Can I assign each track to a track on Garageband or will it all have to go onto a single track?

What outputs does your multitrack have and how many are there?

The BR800 can connect to my Mac via USB only, it does not have a midi connection. The only other outputs are left and right audio.
