Umm, ok. This is a weird request. Usually people come up with their own ideas of what they want to code or they offer their services to someone who has an idea but doesn't know how to code. It's rare for someone to just hand over an idea to someone else like what you appear to be asking for...

LOL! Craziest post I've seen in a while.

Here's a free idea: Oreo cookie quality evaluation app. It would use the camera to evaluate the quality of each side, the thickness of the filling, and balanced application of the sides to the inner filling. Pre-dipping into milk of course.

There are 500,000 applications in the app store. Look through it and see if you can improve on the implementations, or if that wandering triggers a new idea in you.

As for help and assistance. Not without serious money up front.
